The Arizona Gimlet
As longtime readers may already know, I’ve become enamored — perhaps even obsessed! — with the science of mixology. Many bars in the US are currently undergoing something of a cocktail renaissance, returning to the classic methods of creating drinks: fresh ingredients, strong flavors, and exacting attention to measurement and detail.
It’s a science, in its own way, much like cooking or baking, and I’m fascinated by it. I’ve picked up a few books and spent a lot of time practicing, and I periodically post my own cocktail recipes to my blog. This page collects them in one location for ease of use!
